Refund Policy

1. Workshop Refunds

All workshop purchases are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by Open Heart Lab. If you are unable to attend, we offer the option to:

• Transfer your registration to a future session (subject to availability)
• Gift your spot to a friend or loved one

Requests must be made at least 24 hours before the workshop start time. Late cancellations are not eligible for rescheduling or transfer.

2. Event Cancellations

In the rare case that Open Heart Lab cancels an event, all participants will receive a full refund to their original payment method within 5–10 business days.

3. Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital content, all digital products and downloads are non-refundable once accessed or delivered.

4. How to Request a Refund or Transfer

To request a transfer, refund (if eligible), or to gift your ticket to someone else, please contact us with your full name, email, and the name of the workshop or product in question.

5. Exceptions

Exceptions to this policy may be granted in cases of emergency at our sole discretion. Please reach out as early as possible to discuss your situation.
